This is a beautiful feather that came off of a beautiful bird; the peacock. They use to stroll across our yard daily and also showed some sense by trotting away when we got too close to them. They would also stand for hours (if we would have let them) pounding the glass window, at their reflection, until their faces were a bloody pulp. They think they are getting the better of the other bird who they don’t realize is THEM!

Poor not-so-smart beautiful birds. That feather is sooooooooooooo pretty! Lovely shot.

That’s awesome you have peacocks walking through your yard!? My 4 year old would love that. She has to wait until we go to the zoo to catch a peek. I didn’t know they were so stupid though. Beautiful picture!!
