I mean really, who uses these anymore? How many of you even know what these are? I know what they are and haven’t used them in years, but don’t want to toss them because they may have “important” information on them. I don’t really ever see myself sitting down and looking through the information on these or the many others I have that wouldn’t fit into this picture.
Are you holding onto something because you may use it later or it has “important” value? Let it go!

Moments before this picture was taken, this loaf of bread had risen tall and was eager and ready for the oven. I came back a little later and it was flat. This was a kitchen disaster, at least for me. I kneaded it once again, popped it back into the pan, and waited another few hours for it to rise again. This was new for me because this is how my bread usually turns out. Everything turned out fine the second time around.
Have you ever had a big or small cooking disaster?
