We started back on our Saturday morning walks a few weeks ago because the weather has been extremely nice. The ground this morning showed evidence of rain, but the clouds held everything while we got out and enjoyed a new day.

Canyon won a new toy yesterday. Since he has been forbidden to use it in the house (I’m sure you can figure out why), he took advantage of our being outdoors during the walk and played almost the entire time.

We noticed that every time he blew his whistle, birds appeared. Fortunately, we didn’t have another rendition of The Birds, but they definitely took notice.
